Easy steps to life coaching
- Pretend you're back in school. Write or draw a short story for yourself titled "My life in 2 Years time".
What do you want your life to look like? Cover every detail that is important to you, be passionate about it and be colourful.
- What is your life ambition?
- What is precious to you?
- What gives you pleasure?
- Where do you want to be?
- Who do you want to be with?
- Will you work?
- What job will you do?
- Where will you live?
- What does it look and feel like?
- Where will you go on holiday
- Now set some goals for yourself that inspire you and make you excited, be sure that they are realistic and achievable. Ask yourself how you will know when you have achieved your goals. And finally, set a time limit for each goal
- Start today by doing something on each of your goals – it may be researching your subject, making a phone call, going to the library or surfing the net. Before you know it, you will be on your way to living a successful, happy, fulfilling life
